Apollo offers a culinary journey through 13 world cuisines. For example, you will find Moroccan tagines, Polish rosół, French classics, and Thai curries.
Inside, you will explore 114 tested recipes with meat and seafood. In addition, the book features rich photography, history, cultural anecdotes, and humor. No tofu, just Apollo in an apron.
